- Shipping & Delivery
- Best Deals provides free shipping & delivery only inside Kathmandu Valley for purchase of above Rs. 2000 only.
Best Deals can ship goods outside Kathmandu Valley via carriers such as DHL, FedEx, etc, but the cost shall be born by the customer. Furthermore, BestDeals.com.np shall not be held responsible in case of any damage cause by the carriers.

- Returns, Replacements, & Warranty
- - Goods once sold shall not be returnable.
- The products with warranty supplied by Bestdeals.com.np will include free parts & free labor warranty. For brands/products having authorized service centers, customers will have to make warranty claims at respective company’s service depot and follow their terms & conditions.
- BestDeals.com.np shall not be held responsible for any lost/corruption of the hard disk content in course of providing services.
- Any repair or replacement, software installations, etc. not within the warranty coverage shall be subject to BestDeals.com.np rates and terms.
- Warranty shall be automatically void in case of mishandling of the product, altered component's serial number, and damaged products from causes such as power voltage fluctuations, etc.
- Ordering & Payment
- After you add to cart and check out, you will need to provide a full shipment address. All goods delivered inside Kathmandu Valley are due for payment on delivery. Unless payment is released when delivered at home, the goods will not be handed over. Furthermore, only cash shall be considered as payment method on home delivery service. Hence, consumers are to provide total cash amount for the value of the product upon successful delivery of products instantly.
- Pricing & Promotions
- Pricing of products are subject to change as according to the market price. Various promotional schemes shall be introduced for a short periods of time in timely intervals, within which if not purchased, such schemes shall not be claimed.
